Proverbs 31 Lady is an exclusive brand of hand made knitwear created by full time business woman and mother, Luba Blay Miezah. Using a range of materials like mohair, ribbon, organza, fabric and cotton, Ms Blay Miezah designs unique, custom made knitwear for toddlers, teenagers and adults.
Starting off as an after school hobby in 2001 making scarves, Ms Blay Miezah's passion for designing knitwear grew and eight years later Proverbs 31 Lady was born. Drawing influence from the Bible scripture Proverbs 31, ‘The Virtuous Wife’- who is a full time mum and business woman; Ms Blay Miezah found inspiration to start her own business whilst managing her household and studies.

Working from home, Ms Blay Miezah creates an eclectic array of knitwear that makes a statement. Her bags, dresses, rings, ties, headbands, slippers, cushion covers and pillows are as mellow or vibrant to suit each individual taste. When asked to describe her knitwear, Ms Blay Miezah stated, “Innovative, edgy and unique. The brand is bespoke and post modern- it’s quirky. It’s for people who are confident and experimental.”
Whether it is an oversized dress, a chunky knit cardigan or a cute colourful shrug, there is something for everyone within this brand. Every item caters for the individual and no two items are the same.
Ms Blay Miezah has participated in a community fashion show, four fairs and has made over 100 exclusive knitwear orders since September 2008.
